ABOUT CUANLEE CLG
Cuanlee provides accommodation and support for women and children
experiencing domestic violence and abuse. The staff team provide a
range of pre-crisis, crisis and post-crisis responses, that support
women who wish to move on and live independently, free from violence.
Our professional staff are available to support women and children
during their stay in the refuge or supported accommodation. A
non-judgmental, open and welcoming service is available to all women
and children accessing the many services provided by Cuanlee CLG. Our
dedicated outreach worker is also available to offer court
accompaniment, safety planning and ongoing support to women/families
that do not require accommodation.
The _REFUGE_ provides safe and secure emergency accommodation. This is
short term and offers a high level of support. Emergency accommodation
can be provided for 6 women/families at any given time.
The _OFF-SITE ACCOMMODATION _comprises of 5 apartments (3 one bed
apartments and 2 two bed apartments). A medium level of support is
provided. These apartments are used as a step down accommodation from
the refuge. They are also used for women/families that do not require
crisis intervention at the time of admission.
The _AIRBNB ACCOMMODATION_ provides a low level of support. This is
very short term accomodation and may be offered until accommodation is
available in the refuge or off-site apartments. It can also be
provided as a form of respite to allow the woman/family the time and
space to safety plan and make decisions regarding their future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Cuanlee Refuge is currently recruiting for the role of SYSTEMS
ADMINISTRATOR. Safe Ireland has been working with Enclude and Quality
Matters to identify, develop and implement an integrated information
solution for Domestic Violence services in Ireland, which can deliver
an innovative solution to the current gaps in information management
and business intelligence in the sector. Cuanlee CLG is one of the
many domestic violence service providers to engage with and be working
towards implementing the eSAFE CRM System. The eSAFE roll out will
commence in April **Apply on the website**. The System Administrator
role will be central to the rollout of this new system and to ensuring
that it is being used effectively post implementation. The System
Administrator will initially need to be familiar with the current
method of data collection as both systems will be operational at the
same time. As well as understanding all aspects of system usage within
the service, the System Administrator will need to ensure that there
is a focus on high quality data being entered in the system. Other
requirements of this post will be data collection for our funders,
preparation of monthly financial accounts and general administration
duties.
